What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B operator and provider accounts as their trusted point of contact.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify upselling and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and technical integrations with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and content launches in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth and timely game launches across platforms.
  • Resolve partner issues swiftly to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Your Expertise

  • Minimum 1 year in B2B Account Management within iGaming (aggregator or game provider).
  • Direct experience managing operator and/or provider relationships.
  • Strong understanding of casino operations, aggregator flows, and KPIs .
  • Fluent Russian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Excel, Jira, Confluence, CRM, and back-office tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Nice To Have

  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
  • Familiarity with regulated markets (MGA, Romania, Spain).
