Notix.Games is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our commercial growth, with a strong focus on our Turnkey Platform vertical and strategic market expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Turnkey Platform vertical, building and maintaining a strong industry network, representing the company at events, and supporting growth across priority regions and verticals. This position combines relationship-driven sales with hands-on execution and has a direct impact on pipeline quality, partnership development, and revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities aligned with company growth priorities.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, from first contact through deal progression.
  • Present the company’s solutions clearly and credibly to potential partners and clients.
  • Support commercial negotiations and help move opportunities toward long-term partnerships.

Platform Sales Focus

  • Drive business development efforts for the company’s Turnkey Platform vertical.
  • Engage prospects with relevant platform needs and guide early-stage commercial discussions.
  • Help initiate at least one Turnkey Platform deal, understanding that enterprise-style sales cycles may take time to mature.
  • Communicate the value of a customizable platform solution in a consultative, client-focused way.

Regional Market Development

  • Support expansion into priority markets, including LATAM for candidates with relevant regional expertise.
  • Use local market knowledge and network strength to improve access to decision-makers and opportunities.
  • Adapt outreach and relationship-building style to the expectations of different jurisdictions and business cultures.
  • Contribute insights on where the company can expand effectively based on market realities and partner fit.

Events, Networking & Representation

  • Represent Notix.Games at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Travel as needed to strengthen relationships, generate leads, and support business development goals.
  • Build trust with prospects and partners through strong in-person and remote communication.
  • Help convert event visibility and introductions into qualified commercial conversations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to align commercial efforts with company priorities.
  • Share market feedback, client needs, and pipeline insights to support better decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure opportunities are relevant, realistic, and well supported.
  • Contribute to the long-term development of a stronger, more scalable business development function.

Your Expertise

Education & Certifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant sales or business development training is an advantage.

Experience

  • 4–8+ years in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of generating opportunities and progressing deals in a relationship-driven environment.
  • Experience selling igaming platform solutions or other complex products/services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong network and market credibility within relevant industry segments.
  • Experience working in international markets and traveling for business development activities.

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify real business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence in outbound business development, networking, and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with limited supervision.
  • Mature, reliable, and professional approach to ownership and accountability.
  • Strong judgment in assessing lead quality, partner fit, and commercial potential.

Languages

  • English — fluent (written and spoken).
  • Spanish — strongly preferred for candidates focused on LATAM markets.

Nice To Have

  • Native or local-market background in Spanish-speaking LATAM.
  • Existing network in the LATAM gaming or related B2B ecosystem.
  • Track record in iGaming Platform sales.
