What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and expand Aggregation services globally by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads, negotiate agreements, and establish partnerships with Operators and Platform Providers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent business growth on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events, conducting meetings and negotiations to drive business development.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and continuous business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to senior management.

Your Expertise

  • Established network in the iGaming industry (minimum 3,000 LinkedIn connections).
  • Experience working with a Tier 1 Aggregator.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Games Aggregator.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, including game providers and operators.
  • English – Fluent (required).

Nice To Have

  • Portuguese – Fluent (preferred).
  • Russian – Fluent (preferred).
