System Analyst
We specialize in iGaming solutions, aiming to create engaging experiences for operators and players alike. We're developing a powerful iGaming platform from the ground up. It's designed to handle up to 1.35 million requests per second during peak times while remaining efficient during quieter periods. Experience with deploying updates seamlessly and expanding regionally is required. You'll work with our team using Go for backend development, React for frontend development, and Python for testing. We're creating our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for authentication and authorization. We're committed to advancing our microservices architecture to ensure fault tolerance and high availability, aligning with our primary system goals. We automate tasks at the testing stage of the major product.

- New Features: Implementing complex business logic features such as free spins and jackpots to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Security Measures: Developing advanced anti-bot and anti-spam systems to protect our platform and ensure a secure gaming environment.

The Team
Our product team is small but skilled, so every task matters. The team is experienced and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. We encourage asking questions and sharing what you know. We plan our product development in group sessions, during which the whole team can easily talk to product managers and work closely together. Most of us work from home, while others are in our Cyprus office. We're very remote-friendly.
Your Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst/Business Analyst in an IT company.
- Higher education in a relevant field (not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SaaS application development.
- Experience with third-party integrations.
- Ability to break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks.
- Experience with UML Sequence Diagrams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Language requirements: English (B2 or above) and Russian (C1 or above).
What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensure data consistency and logical flows across the system, maintaining a unified approach to system design.
- Work on creating a scalable and load-tolerant software product, with a focus on integration and extensibility.
- Collaborate with the Product team to create functional requirements.
- Assist the QA team in test case creation.
- Participate in designing and developing fault-tolerant, highly available, and optimized solutions.
- Lead integrations with 3rd-party game vendors and other services.
