What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the main point of contact for operators, providers, and clients, ensuring smooth and transparent communication.
- Manage integration projects, coordinate technical and business requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
- Understand and oversee API integrations, configuration settings, and game performance across environments.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot integration or production issues, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
- Work closely with Developers, QA, and BizDev to align technical solutions with product goals.
- Monitor ongoing operations, track incidents, and maintain structured reporting to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, risk assessments, and performance summaries for management and partners.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal processes for issue tracking, escalation, and reporting.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including release notes, SOPs, and partner-facing guides.
- Support client onboarding, provide integration assistance, and conduct training sessions when required.
Your Expertise
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar role.
- Solid technical understanding of web technologies, APIs, and backend systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English at C1 or higher is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar).
- Experience working with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
- Ability to define priorities, manage expectations, and maintain clear timelines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation and client-facing materials.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive issues from discovery to resolution.
- Comfortable working in a distributed and fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- PMP or other recognized project management certification.
- Experience in iGaming.
- Understanding of iGaming platforms, aggregation systems, and provider integrations.
- Familiarity with game providers’ APIs, including launch flows, bet transactions, and reporting mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Live Casino, Slots, RNG, and Bonus mechanics.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to iGaming operations.
