As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled SMM Specialist to help us maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across all communication channels. This role will be integral in ensuring that our brand’s identity is upheld across digital platforms, merchandise, and exhibitions.

The Team

Our product development team is small but skilled, so every task matters. The team is experienced and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. We encourage asking questions and sharing what you know.

We plan our product development in group sessions, during which the whole team can easily talk to product managers and work closely together.

We can offer a remote and hybrid format for Cyprus based team members.


What You Will Be Doing

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Notix.Games’ brand and business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to highlight product updates, events, and partnerships.
  • Adapt content for different markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Respond to comments and messages.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and other metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Trends and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated with iGaming industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Propose innovative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests, and collaborations to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.

Your Expertise

  • Proficiency in tracking KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions.
  • Strong skills in crafting engaging social media posts and text content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Yandex Metrika.
  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Language skills: Russian (C1), English (B2).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the iGaming industry with b2b products.
