What You'll Be Doing
- External Documentation Analysis: Analyze complex technical documentation from external game providers and partners to ensure full system understanding and correct implementation.
- Specification Preparation: Translate high-level business and integration requirements into detailed technical specifications, API contracts, diagrams, and structured development tasks.
- Integration Leadership: Drive end-to-end integrations with third-party vendors, ensuring consistency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Partner Communication: Cover the technical side of PM communication with partners.
- Collaboration with Engineering & QA: Work closely with backend engineers and QA specialists to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria and test scenarios, validate integration flows and edge cases.
- Architecture Support: Contribute to scalable and fault-tolerant integration design by producing clear UML sequence diagrams, ERDs, and flowcharts.
Your Expertise
Technical Skills
- Experience: 5+ years as a System Analyst in IT, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or SaaS integration-heavy environments.
- Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and communication protocols — HTTP, WebSockets, gRPC, REST, GraphQL.
- Specification & Modeling: Proven ability to convert high-level requirements into structured documentation, actionable tasks, and architectural diagrams (UML, ERD, sequence diagrams, flowcharts).
- Data Understanding: Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational data structures.
- Languages:
English — B2+ (confident communication with external partners).
Russian — C1+ (native or near-native).
