In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle — from initial briefing with hiring managers to sourcing strategies, deep interviewing, and successful onboarding. You will act as a talent partner to the business, managing expectations, navigating a competitive market, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
This position combines proactive, data-driven sourcing with strong stakeholder management and plays a critical role in scaling our international team efficiently and predictably.

What You'll Be Doing
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of vacancies across various departments (Tech, Product, Commercial, Operational).
- Conduct briefing sessions with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and alignment on requirements.
- Guide candidates smoothly through the entire pipeline: from the first ping to final offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
- Maintain clean, structured, and transparent documentation of all recruitment stages.
Advanced Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Telegram and other niche platforms.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean Search, X-Ray) to identify and engage passive, high-caliber talent.
- Conduct continuous market mapping and salary benchmarking to keep internal expectations realistic and competitive.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Facilitate regular syncs with hiring managers to share pipeline updates, address blockers, and adjust requirements based on market feedback.
- Ensure a transparent, respectful, and highly engaging interview process for all candidates, strengthening the Notix.Games employer brand.
- Manage feedback loops efficiently, ensuring both managers and candidates receive timely updates.
Analytics & ATS Discipline
- Maintain precise, up-to-date tracking of all candidates and hiring stages in our ATS (Huntflow).
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, Conversion rates, Offer Acceptance Rate) to identify and fix bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress.
Your Expertise
- 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment (In-house or top-tier recruitment agencies).
- Solid track record of successfully filling Mid to Senior-level roles in fast-paced environments (IT, Digital, or iGaming domains).
- Mastery of modern sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray, data mining, networking in professional communities).
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to read recruitment metrics and use data to back up your hiring strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of structure, self-organization, and a strong ownership mindset — you drive the process, it doesn't drive you.
- Ability to work effectively and stay resilient in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Languages
- English and Russian — fluent (written and spoken).
- Additional European languages — a plus.
