What Personal Data Do We Collect?

Under the GDPR (Article 4.1), ‘Personal Data’ is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It can include obvious identifiers like your name but also identification numbers, online identifiers and/or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person. ‘Special category data’ includes data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

Every time you visit our Website, move from page to page, read pages, or download content onto your computer, we learn which pages are visited and what content is downloaded. However, this is measured only in aggregate and not on an individual basis. When you send us an email or ask us to respond to you by email, we learn your email address and the information that you have included in the email form shown on our Website. We may collect additional information from or about you when you communicate with us, contact our customer support teams or respond to a survey.

We supply aggregation platform, casino games, and complete turnkey solutions to online gambling operators.

We act in two capacities:

  • As a data controller for personal data we collect directly from website visitors, business inquiries, and partner onboarding.
  • As a data processor when we process personal data of end-players on behalf of our operator clients through the games and platforms we provide. In this role we act only on the operator’s documented instructions.

Personal Data We Process as Data Controller

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Business Contact and Inquiry Data Name, job title, company name, business email, telephone number, and any information you provide through our contact forms or “Let’s talk” requests. Purposes: Responding to enquiries, providing service information, managing business relationships, and sending relevant updates (where permitted). Legal basis: Legitimate interests (business development) or consent (for marketing communications).

Partner Onboarding and KYC/AML Data Identification documents, proof of address, corporate records, and screening results for directors, ultimate beneficial owners, and key personnel of operator partners. Purposes: Due diligence, AML/CTF compliance, partner onboarding, and contract management. Legal basis: Legal obligation (AML/CTF laws) and legitimate interests (risk management).

Website Usage and Technical Data IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns collected automatically. Purposes: Website operation, security, performance analysis, and service improvement. Legal basis: Legitimate interests (for essential processing) or consent (for analytics and marketing technologies).

We do not operate player accounts or collect end-player gambling data directly on our public website.

Our Role as Data Processor for Operator Clients

When providing aggregation, games, or turnkey solutions, we may process player personal data (account identifiers, gameplay data, transaction records, responsible gaming flags such as self-exclusion or limits, and related information) strictly on behalf of operators.

In this capacity we:

  • Process data only according to the operator’s instructions;
  • Apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards;
  • Do not use the data for our own purposes except where necessary for service delivery or security and permitted by the operator;
  • Assist operators with data subject requests and incident response as required by our Data Processing Agreements.

Any rights requests concerning player data should be directed to the relevant operator.
