Go-Live Project Manager

Notix.Games is looking for an experienced Go-Live Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of provider integrations, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality launches of new partners into production within our gaming platform ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Go-Live process — from initial integration briefing through technical readiness, compliance validation, and final release. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned to deliver integrations on time and in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

This position combines structured project management with hands-on operational execution and plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, predictability, and scalability of our integration and launch pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing

Go-Live Project Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of provider integrations from initial briefing to production release.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Track execution across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with Go-Live deadlines.
  • Ensure all integration requirements are met prior to release, including technical and compliance readiness.
  • Maintain up-to-date and transparent project documentation across all stages of delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate communication between product, technical, compliance, and commercial teams.
  • Ensure timely and complete information flow between all stakeholders involved in integrations.
  • Identify missing inputs and manage follow-ups with responsible teams.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Escalate risks and blockers when they may impact delivery or quality of Go-Live.

Risk, Timeline & Dependency Management

  • Identify, track, and manage risks and dependencies across integration projects.
  • Maintain risk registers and proactively mitigate potential delays.
  • Monitor critical path activities and ensure timely execution of key milestones.
  • Anticipate delays and propose corrective actions where needed.
  • Conduct post-Go-Live reviews to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.

Technical & Compliance Readiness

  • Ensure all required technical and compliance materials are collected and correctly prepared.
  • Coordinate with external testing laboratories and monitor testing timelines.
  • Track certification and validation processes to ensure readiness for release.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners during testing cycles.
  • Support resolution of issues identified during technical or compliance review.

Reporting & Process Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking in Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
  • Prepare regular status reports on integration progress and Go-Live readiness.
  • Maintain structured documentation of integration processes and provider-specific insights.
  • Support continuous improvement of Go-Live templates, workflows, and knowledge base.
  • Ensure transparency and consistency of reporting across all active integrations.



Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Background in iGaming as Account Manager, BDM, client support roles.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Integration roles.
  • Experience managing technical projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Background in API integrations, platform delivery, or IT product environments.
  • Experience working with compliance, certification processes, or external testing labs is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of structure, accountability, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.



Languages

  • English and Russian — fluent (written and spoken).
  • Additional European languages — a plus.



Nice To Have

  • Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent).
  • Experience improving or building operational delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with provider integration ecosystems in B2B platforms.
